A book on grails and other Java projects adopting ruby-on-rails ideas

Peter Wayner

Hi--

I'm working on a book about how some Java projects are adopting some
of the ideas from the Ruby on Rails world. Naturally, there's a good
section on Grails. Is there anyone who would like to read through a
draft of these chapters? I can pay a small amount of money for any
suggestions you have.

Please write if you've got the time and interest.

tog
Peter,
I reviewed the Groovy in Action book from Manning and I am using Grails internally in my company on a research project. I will be happy to help you in reviewing your book at no cost (if it does not cost anything to me ;-) ) but I have to warn you that I am not a english native person.

Cheers
Guillaume

I'd also be pleased to review the relevant chapters for free :-)
Or perhaps not for free: you could send a copy of your book once finished ;-)

As Grails project lead ;-) I would be delited to review the relevant
chapters. As with Guillaume, no cost involved, but a free copy would
be great!

But well, of course, if he's offering us a million dollar, we won't
say no! LOL! :-D

Could I read your draft? Maybe I could contribute somehow. At least,
I'll try hard. :-)

In reply to this post by Peter Wayner
Hi Peter,

I've done some Rails work before finding Grails the not as mature, but
from the idea superior solution. So I would volunteer to read your
draft and give you my feedback.

Regards
Marco
