A test change to the website

I thought I'd see if this was useful... I added an automatically  
updated list of recently resolved GRAILS issues to the Download page  
of the grails site:

http://grails.org/Download

Note that you can also subscribe to this feed in your favourite RSS  
reader - just grab the link from the "complete list" link a the  
bottom of the page.

We have some CSS issues with the layout... I will talk to Graeme  
about getting those fixed when he returns from his break.

Sensational! I've been using the RSS off the Fisheye, but there's a ton of noise in the commits for the tagging of the daily builds.

This was just what I was after.
