Cloud Foundry Unresolved Dependencies

I added the Cloud Foundry plugin to a new app, but I'm getting this error:

In Grails 2 plugin repos aren't used in the application. The information is made available while publishing though, so you can see at the plugin page which ones are needed. In this case http://grails.org/plugin/cloud-foundry shows 'mavenRepo "http://maven.springframework.org/milestone/"' - add that to your BuildConfig.groovy.
