Could not find artifact error.

hi,

I am trying to install weceem 1.2 CMS as plugin on grails 2.3.6 I am always repeated getting could find artifact org.grails.plugins:ckeditor:
zip:3.6.1.1.0 in grailsCentral (http://repo.grails.org/grails/plugins). i have even tried to install it with latest versions like 2.3.8, 2.4.1 and 2.4.2 but still its throwing same error regarding ckeditor.

here is my BuildConfig.groovy file.
