GRAILS-6147 Maven classifier not working for deps

Hello,

I reproduce the bug associated to GRAILS-6147 despite it is set as resolved. It seems that the the bug need to be reopened according to commit message "fix for GRAILS-9160 "dependencies with packaging of type pom cannot be resolved" but reopens GRAILS-6147"
