Pull request for spring security CAS

It seems that a quite a few of us are having trouble with a fix for the
spring security CAS plugin that does not allow us to disable it with the
active config param.  See
http://jira.grails.org/browse/GPSPRINGSECURITYCAS-15 and
http://jira.grails.org/browse/GPSPRINGSECURITYCAS-13.  Smakela was kind
enough to submit a pull request that has been sitting there for almost a
year:

https://github.com/grails-plugins/grails-spring-security-cas/pull/1

Looks like Burt is listed as the manager for the plugin - any chance this
can be merged and a new version released?  I admit it's a small fix, but
annoying when I have to make this change just to test out my app.
