We have grails.org

tugwilson
I have just registered Grails.org.

I thought I'd better nip in quick as it had just become available today.

I'd be happy to transfer it to Graeme or the Haus if that makes
things easier.

We need to think about what to do with it:)

Perhaps we could also take grails.net ?
Grails.net could become some kind of community / portal / knowlege
base / forum website ?

Excellent news John! I´m sorry I hadn´t responded sooner but I´m away
in spain at the moment...

I don´t mind who has the rights to the name at the moment as long as
it is in the hands of a groovy commiter and points to the grails
website..

Hi John,

The DNS has updated and grails.org is now going direct to the codehaus
site. I've created an issue with codehaus for them to update the http
conf to redirect requests to grails.org to the grails site:

http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/HAUS-1152

Cheers
Graeme

You'll probably be waiting quite a while then, we'll be going through
an iterative development process and adding many more features before
we hit 1.0

Remember though that Rails took well over a year to reach 1.0 and was
already being used and adopted by many well before the 1.0 release
