g:def?

D T-2
What's the status of the undocumented g:def tag?  In, or out?  (I wanna
know if I can use it :P )
While we're at it, there's the g:set tag, too.  (That one I don't have a
use for at the moment :P )

<g:def> is deprecated. Use <g:set> always now.
